1. Acceptance of these terms

By using paulmress.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice. Content here reflects Dr. Paul's own views, experiments, and experience — not a recommendation for your specific situation. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

3. Who owns what's here

The content, design, and code on paulmress.com belong to Dr. Paul (Paul M. Ress) unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to read, share, and link to it. You're not permitted to republish or resell it as your own without permission.

4. AI involvement in this site's content

Much of paulmress.com was built in collaboration with AI (Claude, by Anthropic), under Dr. Paul's direction and review. Rather than repeat that disclosure here, every page carries its own provenance mark in the footer stating exactly how that specific page was made — Human Creation or AI-Collaborative Creation. Check that mark for the authorship of the page you're reading, rather than assuming this page's disclosure applies uniformly to every page.

5. No warranty

This site and its content are provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including no guarantee that anything here is accurate, complete, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dr. Paul is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of this site, including anything you do based on what you read here.

7. Links to other sites

paulmress.com may link to other websites. Those sites aren't controlled by Dr. Paul, and their content, policies, and practices are their own responsibility, not this site's.

8. Cookies

This site uses exactly one cookie, and it's strictly opt-in — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what it contains, how long it lasts, and how it's cleared.

9. Changes

Dr. Paul may update this site or these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
